District Cross Country – Mt Ridley Campus
On Friday, 6 May it was a pleasure to be out in the semi-sunshine supporting our Interschool Sport Cross Country Team at the Hume District Cross Country Competition held at Brimbank Park, Keilor. Our team of 61 (including Donnybrook students) put their best feet forward representing themselves and the School wonderfully. You could not help but admire the determination an enthusiasm of our students.
Hume Anglican Grammar was once again crowned the District Champions of the Craigieburn North District. After the event, we were informed that we have a fleet of 27 students progressing to Division Cross Country on Tuesday, 31 May.
An absolute highlight of the day was seeing the support shown each time a Hume student was running by their fellow team members. It was a significant moment of pride for the School and was a true reflection of the character of the students at Hume Anglican Grammar. All competitors should feel very proud of their efforts.
